The Greenfield Adult Rec Tennis League wrapped up its season on Monday, with Brian Lempel going 5-0 to win the Ace Division. 

Palmer King beat Yanis Chibani to win the Topspin Division, while Juan Madrid won the Volley Division.

The league was structured with two halves of the season, with divisions being redrawn midway through the season according to player's performance in the first half.

The season also ended with a doubles tournament on Monday, with eight players participating. Tim Prevost and Bob Sekula beat Genni Garanin and Paul Agrillo, 10-4, to win the championship.

League commissioner Andrew Varnon considered the season a success, pointing to the 28 players who participated and the 97 tennis matches that were recorded for the league on the natural red clay courts in Greenfield.

Nancy Robie shot the top point quota of plus-6 in the 18 Hole Women’s League at Country Club of Greenfield on Tuesday. 

Susan O’Connor and Nancy Donoghue tied for second (plus-4) while Michele Hazlett placed fourth (-4).
