Shawn Bottieri, 19, of Watervliet, N. Y. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, in Bernardston, was not prosecuted, as according to a written statement from a counsel in the district attorney’s office, after meeting with the victim, the commonwealth does not believe they could sustain their burden at trial; furthermore, the victim’s testimony would likely incriminate her.
