ERVING — Erving Public Library will host an artist’s reception for fine furniture made by Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts students, instructed by Mitch Ryerson, on Sunday, Oct. 6, at 11 a.m.

Wood for this furniture was sourced from Erving with help from Sean Mahoney, director of the state’s Markets and Utilization Forestry Program.

Light refreshments will be served.
