8:41 p.m. — Following a vehicle crash at the Interstate 91 rotary, Jason W. Truswell, 48, of Water Street in Shelburne Falls, was arrested on charges of OUI-liquor over .08%, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, possession of an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and following too closely.
