3:48 p.m. — Town bylaw violation on Main Street. Vern Nicholas Archer, 53, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of open container/drinking alcohol in public.

9:09 p.m. — Suspicious activity on Bank Row. Jeremiah James Crossman, 33, of Washington Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, Sept. 6

1:20 a.m. — Suspicious activity investigated at Georgio’s Pizza on Main Street.

3:24 a.m. — Security alarm sounding at the Montague Elks Lodge on Church Street. Services rendered.
