Regarding the letter “Trump beckons Christians down fiery path” [Recorder, Aug. 3]:

Neither Donald Trump nor any other created being has the power to lead a true Christian down a fiery path to eternal damnation. A true Christian follows Jesus Christ only. Indeed, the Holy Bible is the Book of Truth.
