Bends from the onslaught of hypocrisy

Bombast pledging concern for civilians

As they shred the UN’s decrees

Outlining humanitarian law, bulldozers

Scoop up rubble intermixed with body parts

Palestinians, members of an ancient race

Dismembered as Israeli settlers attack aid

Trucks lit ablaze light the fire of hatred

Hospitals strafed with tank shells terrorized

As snipers pick off the fleeing then bulldoze

Their remains, dust settles as dusk approaches

Drones fly above, hover like angels of death

Hungry for annihilation.
